Wanted: Participants for TSIA’s Global Technology Survey
As part of its 11th annual Global Technology Survey, the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) is seeking feedback on 40 categories of tools used by professionals in customer support, professional services, education services, managed services, field service, service revenue generation and customer success.
Open to everyone, the survey should take less than ten minutes to complete—if you do, you will receive a free copy of the resulting research report, “The 2016 TSIA Heatmap,” which discusses adoption levels of each category and top technology trends related to service organizations.
We encourage you to take the survey, which asks which line of service you work for, then prompts you with only the categories that apply. So for example, if you work in Field Service, you will be asked about scheduling and dispatch tools—if you work in Professional Services, you will be asked about professional services automation.
Thank you for your participation! Here’s the link to the survey, which is open until April 1. Everyone is welcome to vote, so share your thoughts with TSIA today.
