Along with the launch of DocuPhase 6.1, our training department had its own launch – the DocuPhase Learning Library! We’re very excited to be able to offer the gift of learning to our clients, partners, and end users!

Our new LMS (learning management system) is now available to those who are interested in learning more about our software and the new DocuPhase 6.1 launch. It currently includes seven courses, which contain previously unreleased content. For the time being, registrants will be able to enjoy existing content during a free trial period, at no additional cost.

This might be the first time you’ve heard about our Learning Library, and you may have some questions. We’re here to answer those questions. Here’s the nitty gritty on the new Learning Library:

How do I get in?

Registration is voucher-based. To receive a voucher, you’ll need to call or email your Sales Representative. Only verified users will receive a voucher, and each person will need to create an account in order to access the materials.

Who is allowed to sign up?

If you use our software, you’re allowed to sign up. Whether you’re an administrator, an end user, or a partner, the DocuPhase Learning Library is for you. If you fall into one of those categories, you can request a voucher from your Sales Representative.

Why should I check it out?

There’s brand new information in the Learning Library, and during this introductory period, a voucher will grant you temporary access. In fact, if you check it out now, you could be one of the first people to see images from our new release – DocuPhase 6.1. Before you even upgrade, you can get a sneak peek of the brand new launch!

What if I don’t see the content I want?

We understand that our users will have questions and suggestions. We’ve started our content library with information about the DocuPhase 6.1 launch, but we’ll be expanding our courses and materials over time. If there’s something in particular you’d like to see, we want to hear from YOU! Within the LMS, there is a survey designed to collect your feedback and suggestions.

What’s next?

If you register during the free trial period, you’ll be able to see some courses that are Coming Soon. As our training department continues to add content to the Learning Library, LMS participants will be the first ones to see our newest training materials.
