Sales Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by leading a team of Sales Professionals to expand our market share in Robotic Accounting Automation. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, creating and executing a sales plan and reporting results to management.
Position Location: Clearwater, FL

Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue Plan by successfully managing the Sales Team to their numbers.
- Adapt to market changes to ensure Sales Team and Revenue Plan are achieved.
- Own recruiting, coaching and performance improvements of Sales Team.
- Build a Culture of Success with Sales Team and Clients.
- Present Plan v. Actual reporting to Executive Management Team and discuss required adjustments.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Self-motivated contributor who passionately drives and achieves results
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of online and offline software marketing experience
- Detail oriented and “by the numbers” marketer
- Proven ability to positively impact sales
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing plans that produce the expected results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quickly synthesize interdepartmental, client and competitive input/analysis to ensure competitive advantage
- Strong and confident presentation skills
Requirements
- 2+ Years of documented, successful Sales Team management.
- An overwhelming passion for driving results and helping clients succeed.
- Ready and willing to grow a small team and dominate a niche market.
- Highly proactive and self motivated to get the results.
- Thoughtful, creative listener and problem solver.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
