New DocuPhase Essentials Content in the Learning Library

Blog: iDatix Blog

Many of you have already registered for the DocuPhase Learning Library (our Learning Management System) and have been enjoying the content that our trainer Jeff Newman has created for our clients, partners, and end users.

As promised, our Learning Library is continuing to grow. This month, we’re introducing all new lessons within the DocuPhase Essentials course. Here’s what you can expect to see:

Virtual Tour of the Interface – We’ll take you through the tabs and buttons within the DocuPhase website, making navigating easier than ever. This is a great one to share with your team and new hires!

The Export Tool – Need to pull several documents at a time? Don’t waste your time downloading them one by one. Once you learn to use it, the export tool will save you an incredible amount of time! Our trainer will take you through the two-part process of configuring your export and then actually exporting the documents.

Hard vs. Soft Delete – Depending on permission settings, users will be able to perform a hard delete, a soft delete, both, or neither. In this lesson, we explain the difference between the two types of deletes. Understanding the delete features will help you determine if your permissions are set appropriately and will empower you to delete documents properly.

If you haven’t explored our Learning Management System yet, we encourage you to reach out to your Account Manager for a voucher so that you can check it out for yourself. We hope to see you in the Learning Library!
