NASSCOM Policy Update: DoT issues standard format for sharing details of Extended Agent Position

Blog: NASSCOM Official Blog

Dear all,

Pursuant to the DoT March 13, 2020 notification, many members approached NASSCOM highlighting the concerns related to different TERM authorities seeking different information of the “Extended Agent Position” (EAP). Subsequently, we met DoT and also made a representation highlighting the industry concerns and need to create a standard reporting format towards ease of doing business.

We are pleased to share our request has been considered by DoT and yesterday the Department issued a standard reporting format for the OSPs to share information pertaining to EAP with their respective TERM cells.

Copy of the notification issued by DoT is enclosed for your kind reference.
