[Invite] Nasscom-DSCI Roundtable on India’s Export Control Framework Related to ITT in Delhi

Blog: NASSCOM Official Blog

Nasscom-DSCI is pleased to invite you to a Policy Roundtable on Improving India’s Export Control Framework Related to Intangible Technology Transfer (ITT), being held on 13th March (Friday) in Delhi.

The policy roundtable aims to discuss the IT industry’s experiences with respect to the ITT export control regime. We hope that the discussion would be useful in brainstorming possible measures for easing the compliance requirements, updating them in line with the technological developments and global best practices, and ensuring effective enforcement of export controls. The roundtable will be attended by representatives from MEA, MeitY and DGFT alongwith the industry.

We request you to nominate a maximum of 2 representatives from your organisation to participate by writing to dagarwal@nasscom.in. We ask that you send us this information latest by 4th March (Wednesday) so that we can make the necessary logistical arrangements. Please find below the tentative agenda. We will share the final agenda with you upon your confirmation.

Please write to dagarwal@nasscom.in in case of any query.
