Engage 2016—A Highlights Roundup from This Week’s Verint Global Customer Conference

Numerous customer and partner activities continued this week in Chicago during the Verint Engage 2016 Global Customer Conference at the Hilton Chicago. Click here for a look back at how the event opened.Hilton_Chicago-Huber-Great-Hall_1_larger_size.png

After an action-packed start, attendees moved into day three by kicking off the morning with industry roundtable breakfast sessions and two dynamic keynote speakers. Nancy Treaster, General Manager, Strategic Operations, Verint Enterprise Intelligence Solutions, discussed “Customer Success Through Optimization,” followed by Molly Fletcher—hailed as the “female Jerry Maguire” by CNN—who spoke candidly and enthusiastically about her own experiences and creating transformational change to unleash true potential.

Those talks gave way to a wide variety of additional breakouts, spanning eight themes, along with special networking and user group gatherings. Throughout the conference, the Customer Experience Zone provided an open environment for customers to share ideas and offer feedback about doing business with Verint, and the Solutions Lounge provided more opportunities to relax, network and learn.

Wednesday evening guests enjoyed a night of dinner and entertainment at Morgan Manufacturing in a “speakeasy” atmosphere at the Customer Appreciation Party. And this morning, “Coffee Talks” gathered attendees to exchange best practices and successes across such topics as customer analytics, the customer experience, engagement management, workforce management, desktop and process analytics, back-office operations, branch workforce optimization, quality and performance, risk and compliance, and government and public sector.

As the Chicago Engage conference concludes, we’d like to extend a warm thank you to our customers, partners, sponsors and supporters that attended and made this year’s event so memorable.
