DocuPhase is in need of an Executive Director of Software Development to help drive innovation and product vision while managing the coding and delivery of our next generation platform. The DocuPhase Platform has been developed as a browser-based application in .NET C# with HTML5 and Java Script using MSSQL with some supporting client-side applications for process design and platform support.

The next Generation of the DocuPhase platform will be targeted more specifically at accounting and supporting business operations. It is to be a multi-tenant cloud-based solution that new users can quickly subscribe to and start using with minimal training, setup or support.

As our Executive Director of Software Development you will report to the CEO and COO and have a seat at all executive meetings with direct input on the direction of the product and the company. You will have at least 10 years’ experience in retail software product development for the web/internet and over 5 years of proven software development management with an ability to deliver new products on time leveraging both a domestic and outsourced team. Must be able to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous development release paths. Must have had considerable hands on development experience as a software engineer, understand dev-ops and the value of continual integration. Must be a passionate technologist with the acute ability to blend the technical and management arts.

Your management will ensure that our team follows sound development methodologies and creates high quality products while having the capability to direct and challenge the architectural choices, coding methodologies and other development details.
