DELMIA Ortems Production Scheduler – How to model “Learning Curves”?

In DELMIA Ortems, learning curves model how production efficiency improves as an operation progresses. For example, there may be a learning curve for an assembly routing. Whenever the assembly plan changes, there is a new learning curve to consider. When you apply a learning curve to an operation, in the plan, the time required to perform the operation is weighted by the efficiency of the machine.

The start-up implemented the cloud-based Electro Mobility Accelerator solution on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to connect design, engineering and manufacturing, and deliver scalable access to digital design and simulation applications in a single, secure, standards-based environment. Evum is using DELMIA for process planning, time scheduling and in the future to create work instructions.
