Year results – 2013, what an amazing year!

Here we would like to share with you the amazing results we have achieved in 2013 in ProcessMate. We started this year with what I can mostly describe as Refined Idea (and a few blueprints) and finishing it with a fully functional product.
First off, it was a great year for us as we launched in 2013!
We created a web-site, but more importantly we delivered a number of releases. Our initial goal was create a “Minimal Viable Product”, e.g. software that can function and provide value, but we have gone further and created a fully functional product that can sell. The major components of the software are in place: workflow management, document management, communication management. By the end of the year we extended workflow management by introducing “responsible users” feature as well as Problem Management, a feature that allows tracking problems and obtain vitally important reports on problems that were raised during the execution of business processes. In total, we have delivered and tested over 80 features and planning to deliver even more in 2014.
Secondly, we have created the entire infrastructure.
We created this web-site, documentations, FaQ and step-by-steps for the software, registration mechanisms and the blog. We have performed numerous market tests and SEO activities. We added a number of process templates for a variety of industries from finance to telecom to human resources to generic processes that any organization can use.
Now we are establishing an email subscription mechanisms through which we are going to inform you of the new features, new process templates and new articles that we keep developing for you.
Thirdly, we have gone an extra mile to collect feedback
There have been, what it looks like, hundreds of interviews, emails, phone calls with our potential customers and experts in the field of process management and improvement. We even delivered a consulting project for one of the major manufacturing companies in East Anglia (the United Kingdom) to prove our concept and have obtained a Letter of Interest from the CIO confirming their interest in our software. This really gave us a great kick-start and improved our confidence in our ideas.
