Wells explained that after 50 years of technological innovation, we’re facing a global productivity crisis, with complexity – from regulation, security threats, competition and failed Big Data deployments – choking performance. Per Wells, these challenges call for an overhaul of the way businesses approach decisions, and he outlined what such an approach would look like.
