KnowledgeLake, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution provider, has announced the immediate availability of its “Ontario” Update, which introduces an expanded process automation engine and updated digital customer experience portal to the company’s IDP platform. The new process automation engine has enhancements that improve the platform’s ability to launch basic and complex automations across applications.
