CRN’s annual Channel Chief’s project identifies top IT channel vendor executives who continually demonstrate expertise, influence, and innovation in channel leadership. The organization named Tony Beller, Senior Vice President of WW Partner Ecosystem and OEM Sales at TIBCO, as a Channel Chief in 2021. TIBCO is excited to announce that Tony is again receiving a 2022 Channel Chief Award for his outstanding innovations to the TIBCO Partner Program!

“We are at a tipping point where data is the basis of all future customer engagement, which requires companies to rethink how they build and modernize their data fabric. At the forefront of this shift are our partners,” said Beller. “I am honored to be recognized as a 2022 Channel Chief and am committed to driving a partner-first culture at TIBCO, helping partners maximize the benefits of our programs, redefining their experience through direct collaboration, and ultimately ensuring our partner ecosystem has what’s needed to help customers drive business innovation and success.”

A Quick Recap of Tony’s 2021 Accomplishments

Since joining TIBCO in 2020, Beller has streamlined the organization’s channel efforts, building innovative programs that support the efforts of its channel ecosystem while identifying and celebrating individual partner success. His focus on innovation shifted toward developing additional solutions from the TIBCO product portfolio, specifically helping partners meet customer demands and encouraging inter-partner relationships. Tony is committed to ensuring collaboration across TIBCO with partners to help bring their innovative solutions to market quickly, support pipeline and new logo growth, and drive digital transformation.

How Will the TIBCO Partner Program Evolve This Year?

Going into 2022, Beller has plans in place to rapidly build on last year’s momentum, driving more strategic program enhancements and accelerating success for the TIBCO partner ecosystem.

Tony and his team asked for and listened to what partners are looking for in 2022. In response to their feedback, TIBCO partners will have the opportunity to take advantage of program enhancements, including:

“Partner feedback put field engagement at the top of the list of priorities,” Susan Beaver Director, Global Partner Programs and Success & Operations commented. “A key element in responding to this request is the strong alignment of compensation and benefit models to TIBCO’s strategic objectives across all of our go-to-market channels. Their feedback also suggested we go further to broaden the program for all partner models.”
