TIBCO is humbled and honored to rank as a Great Place to Work, a testament to our people and culture. What makes this accomplishment particularly remarkable is that we have acquired three companies this year and continue to grow our team worldwide.
For us, this is validation that the work we do to scale and maintain our culture of innovation and fun is paying off. We truly care about our environment and team and know that they are what make us a great place to work. When scouting, we look for members that are creative and collaborative, have a willingness to be bold and take risks, and have the ability to dazzle our customers and deliver real-world impact.
Why do we work so hard to maintain a great culture?
Giving great customer service is the key to success and the key to that is creating an environment of well-being, innovation and motivation. Because we focus so much effort on our 10,000 customers worldwide, it’s important that we rank positively among our team members.
Also, studies have shown that better workplaces lead to higher profit and we are living proof. We are constantly looking for ways to improve by launching and supporting more diversity programs like this year’s Women Igniting TIBCO (WIT).
At TIBCO, we pride ourselves on the opportunities everyone has to advance. Recognition and encouragement of hard work are daily practices here. We also firmly stand by our work/life balance policy of unlimited vacation (yes, it’s true!).
