TIBCO Acquires Integration Platform-as-a-Service Leader Scribe Software!

I am very happy to share that TIBCO has acquired Scribe Software, a leader in the integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) market, with an incredibly easy-to-use, cloud-based integration solution that is used by over 10,000 customers to connect their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications and data.
In the coming months, we plan to incorporate Scribe’s capabilities to TIBCO Cloud Integration, which will enable a broader set of businesses of any size to accelerate their digital transformation efforts with one of the broadest integration platforms available in the cloud. Customers will be able to employ a single solution to address a wide range of integration scenarios, including application, data, and API projects, involving any combination of cloud, on-premises, and Internet of Things (IoT) endpoints.
For those of you not familiar with Scribe Software, it was founded in 1995 to address a new problem for business at the time — how to integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and data into the rest of the enterprise. Today, Scribe offers solutions that give SaaS providers, systems integrators, and businesses the ability to efficiently develop, run, support, and maintain integrations across their entire lifecycle. Scribe’s leading iPaaS solution, Scribe Online, brings integration ease, speed, and flexibility to new levels and helps organizations of all sizes unite data from all their core information systems.

Scribe helps to expand TIBCO’s reach to serve new market segments, including small to medium businesses looking for an easy way to connect their apps and data, independent SaaS software vendors (ISVs) looking to extend connectivity to their offerings, and specialized systems integrators who are helping their customers with digital transformation efforts.
The addition of Scribe also augments TIBCO Cloud Integration capabilities to better serve different personas in the enterprise, such as departmental business users, citizen integrators, and SaaS application administrators. These individuals are looking for a cost-efficient means to quickly connect or move data between applications.
We are also excited about the prospect of sharing TIBCO’s broader offerings with the Scribe ecosystem of customers and partners.
