Gatepoint surveyed 100 executives from around the world in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, high tech, finance, transportation, and healthcare to find out where they are in their cloud journey. 69% of those surveyed work in Fortune 1000 companies with revenues over $1.5 billion.
The survey demonstrated that cloud application usage is expected to rise in the next year, but many organizations are still dependent on the outdated, inefficient method of spreadsheets to move data between their systems:
