In the single value use case, Oracle Digital Assistant is expected to show a disambiguation dialog if a user entered 2 values instead of 1. However, you probably would not expect this disambiguation dialog to be shown when the user updates a multi-value bag item . But there is a real reason for this as I will show in this article.
