We released the major upgrade of ProcessMate. Check out new features, bug fixes and UI optimizations we have implemented for you.
In this release, we focused on improving customer experience, as well as to roll out a few key features. Here are just some of them:
Streamline your processes with the new capability – Problem Management. ProcessMate now enables your team to document and track problems occurred in processes, see reminders of those problems not tackled, generate problem reports for management
Additional reports, icons, fixes, inline editing, links for documents as an alternatives to attachment (for referring to dropbox, box.com files), Internet Explorer support (version 10 and up) and many more minor improvements and fixes
No need to manually update the process status anymore! Process starts automatically upon the completion of the very first milestone, and process finishes once the last milestone is completed.
Major performace optimizations of user interface (over 7 times faster due to hardware and software upgrades)
