While at IBM Edge 2015, Carla Wolfe of Elevations Credit Union shared how her organization became a 2014 winner of the prestigious National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award by reinventing business processes.

“We made a really strategic decision in the beginning when we started this pursuit to reinvent ourselves using business process,” she noted.

It all started when Wolfe and her team were challenged by their CEO to win the award. She immediately knew they had to improve their process execution. Her small, dedicated team used IBM Blueworks Live to update processes and successfully increased ROI in ways that were directly linked to process improvement.
