Kathy Colon joins Softomotive as Vice President Revenue Generation for North America

London/New York, 1st of May 2019Softomotive, a leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) vendor, has today announced the New York appointment of Kathy Colon as Vice President for Revenue Generation in the America’s.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in various roles across the healthcare and advertising industries, holding commercial leadership positions at Salesforce, IBM Watson Health, Philips, Stryker, and Verizon. In her role at Softomotive, she will lead the Americas team across all revenue generating channels to oversee and foster the rapid adoption of the Softomotive suite of industry-leading RPA tools. Kathy will report to New York based Leyton Perris, Group Chief Revenue Officer.

Kathy said, “RPA will transform the way business is conducted today, the market is growing exponentially and being at the forefront of this transformation will be an important part of our success. I was inspired to be part of Softomotive’s team as we turn the world of RPA on its head and the bottom up empowerment of the citizen developer was a mindset I could easily relate too and share the vision for”.

Columbia University awarded Kathy the Great Alum Award for her active role in Leadership, serving as an Advisor to multiple startups and still continues to mentor/interview students. Kathy currently serves as a Board Member for the Inter-American Health Alliance Board as Vice President of Development.

Kathy received her Executive Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, focusing on Health Policy Chronic Diseases and Management. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Brown University and IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from St. John’s University.
