Building a Real-time Analytics System in 3 Months
Deciding to build a real-time system using TIBCO StreamBase®, with no coding required, Anadarko completed the task faster with only a drilling engineer, a data scientist, and two TIBCO developers. By working with TIBCO, Anadarko developed a real-time intelligent drilling system with StreamBase in only 90 days and cut costs by avoiding fees for outside expertise and IT support.
In addition to accelerating implementation, StreamBase provided an open streaming analytics system that enabled instantaneous changes to drilling data sources. It also allowed Anadarko to interact with the data, respond to messages, and have StreamBase redo calculations on the fly.
