In the current dynamic and changing environment, companies must provide value in real time to today’s increasingly demanding customers and, at the same time, differentiate themselves from the competition. Thus, technological leaders are turning to *Digital Operations* (DigitalOps) to manage innovation in their companies. DigitalOps goes far beyond isolated intelligent automation solutions.

their organizations to improve productivity, boost benefits and heighten

important integration tools, which are essential to exploit the shared data

technology, breaking down silos (tools, projects …), to become the core of

perspective, physical and digital resources and company processes can be

For intelligent automation to work we must analyze and draw (diagram / modeling) the processes that we need to automate, taking into account all the data we receive, what actions are carried out with the data, how it is processed and what lessons we learn. All data entering the system from any source (scanned documents, recorded phone calls, etc.) will be processed by macros or virtual agents using machine learning and artificial intelligence to create data visualization in reports focused on decision making and actions. It could even be integrated from machine to machine using the Internet of Things (IoT).
The essence of DigitalOps is the coordination
and integration of all the company’s systems and resources. But agility and
scalability are equally important, i.e. its ability to adapt to the changing
needs of business automation and to do so in an agile and simple way, providing
value. Something unthinkable years ago due to the great complexity of the processes,
functions and data.
To quote Heraclitus “change is
the only constant in life” and companies must know how to adapt to
this constant change as quickly as possible. Indeed, the businesses that will
survive are those that are most adaptable to change.
