Customers Gather for Engage 2016 Global Customer Conference

The 2016 Engage Global Customer Conference in Chicago is underway! We’re delighted to welcome users of solutions and services from Verint as well as the latest additions to our family of companies—Telligent and Contact Solutions.

More than 1,200 attendees from around the world have gathered at the Hilton Chicago on magnificent Michigan Avenue—representing over 15 countries and approximately 25 industries.Hilton_Chicago-Huber-Great-Hall_1_larger_size.png

Throughout the week, they are taking part in a wide variety of pre-conference workshops, keynotes, breakout sessions, user presentations, interactive workshops and panels that span eight themes, and a host of networking opportunities. All the events share a common theme—helping organizations know, empower and connect with their customers and employees, and deliver better outcomes with less effort.

Last night’s opener, led by Verint’s Ryan Hollenbeck, senior vice president of global marketing, provided a preview into the week’s activities, presented a series of global customer awards (more on that later), and featured a festive welcome reception.

An offsite partner summit that included a networking event aboard a Lake Michigan cruise was held Monday that gathered partners from all over the United States, Canada and Central and South America. An awards ceremony highlighted the event.

This morning kicked off with a panel discussion—Planning the Future of Smarter Engagement—that featured Verint Chief Executive Officer and President Dan Bodner, members of his executive team, and Verint customers highlighting how to achieve customer experience, revenue generation, compliance and security goals.

Additional highlights today and tomorrow include the Customer Experience Zone—where attendees help us further evolve the Verint customer journey map, provide insights to make the improvements that are most important to them, and further our goal of developing customers for life. Also on tap are The Product Innovation Zone—a great place to try out new product concepts in a hands-on environment—and the always popular Customer Appreciation Party.

On Wednesday, attendees will hear a lively keynote from Molly Fletcher, a trailblazer in the highly competitive world of sports agents. Her session will spotlight a five-step process for unleashing your potential and achieving peak performance and include her own experiences working with well-known athletes.

Throughout the conference, Verint and event sponsors will demo their solutions in the Solutions Lounge—where attendees can network, exchange ideas and practices, and view the latest in technology and innovation in a relaxed, social setting.
