Comment on Getting Business Change to Stick by Eustachio Nicoletti

Blog: BPTrends - Harmon on BPM

I appreciated very much your article. I complete agree with you when you say that every business process change must be accompanied by a cultural vision.
I think that a business change is not thinkable without an associate cultural change of people of that organizzation.
And, i think that just in moments of business process change the “hero” mentality, going beyond the own role are more evidents by people who feel more anxious these changes.
In this situation is crucial the role of executive, the top manager because they have the responsability to hold the direction, monitoring deviations, because it’s easy that criticism, laments prevails on rationality and plans that can give results not immediatly but in some period of time. What do you think?
