After over 10 years of successful events, the eleventh Retail Forum is planned for March 2023, packed full of surprises. The largest retail event in Spain will take place on 28 March at the IFEMA North Convention Centre in Madrid.

Retail Forum 2023 will address the new retail trends, as well as the most important technological developments and innovations that will drive business optimization. This benchmark event in the retail sector will have an exhibition area of 1000 m² for attendees to interact, exchange ideas and expand their network of contacts. In addition, they will have access to a full agenda of activities: virtualizations in holograms, gymkhanas and conference rooms.

Specifically, there will be four conference rooms at the event (Red, Blue, Yellow and Green), where a total of six sessions on the latest developments in the retail sector will be held. According to the organizers, these sessions will cover “the hot topics for this sector including new payment methods, omnichannel experience, customer experience, technologies, in-store experience, sustainability and retail media”.

The Red Room will host the opening session and talks on omnichannel in the digital era and New Trends: Retail and Metaverse. Finally, in the Green Room, the attendees will learn more about Store & Digital Innovation for the phygital experience until late in the afternoon, finishing the day with a short session on logistics and sustainability.

AuraQuantic will participate as Gold Sponsor of the event, offering help and advice on digital transformation projects, at stand number 11 in the exhibition area. Ilian Radoytsov, Sales Director at AuraQuantic, will also be speaking at the Industry View session in the Red Room at 12:30 pm.
