Did you miss it? Bizagi Catalyst 18 took place in Miami last week!! Thank you to all of you who traveled to be with us! For those of you that couldn’t make it we wanted to create a roundup here of all the most important highlights from the event.

The Catalyst 18 conference brought together Bizagi customers and partners from across the globe to sunny Miami for a two day event of networking, learning and collaborating on strategies for accelerating digital transformation.

Here are the top 10 moments from the event:

Bizagi Catalyst kicked off with some wise words from our very own CEO, Gustavo Gomez. He set the scene for the event with strategic insights on digital transformation, especially the importance of contextualization in delivering the digital experiences that employees and customers have come to expect today.

Videos of the presentations will be available online soon. Subscribe to our YouTube channel today and you’ll see those as we publish them in the coming weeks.

4 – Bizagi in action

To demonstrate the full capabilities of Bizagi, Brian Stults and Heidi Silver took to the stage and acted out a real-life scenario of buying car insurance. Heidi used her intelligent app, supported by AI chatbots and real-time aggregated information from the DMV. We learned a lot, including that you shouldn’t ever let Heidi borrow your car!

Steven ‘Bo’ Beaudoin Jr took us on a journey back to the time of the dinosaurs, right through to today and the millennial customer base, highlighting the importance of adapting to your surroundings. Don’t be a dinosaur: anticipate what your customers want and use technology to deliver it.
