Better prioritize assigned recommendation alerts with our latest feature, “recommendation alert ranking”. This feature will rank your recommendation alerts, helping the alert recipient prioritize it according to importance.
As a recommendation author, you can assign a calculated score value to an alert, you can have more detailed control over its importance level. This score also helps the alert recipient to understand its relative importance.
The values used to score a recommendation alert, are added to the following areas;

This new feature enables an author to auto-assign a recommendation alert from an existing rule to a user, which is managed as a timeline entry. This provides greater visibility and interaction across the platform.
This feature is simply implemented by checking “enable execution order” and “auto-escalate” with stipulated rules.
