Women in BPM: Vassiliki Spentzou on business and diversity | Episode 4

Blog: Aris BPM Blog

Welcome back to the sixth episode of Women in BPM! For this episode of our interview series, Vassiliki Spentzou is on hand to answer questions. She is the Senior Manager at BPM consultancy SPIRIT Hellas and with more than 20 years of ARIS experience, she is spreading the BPM culture and ARIS capabilities to a wide range of audiences.

In her job, she is raising BPM awareness, is proposing, and applying digital change as well as compliance scenarios. In her interview, however, she not only answers BPM-related questions but also shares how she made it to her leadership position, which qualities she believes are important for the job and why teams need diversity to succeed.

At SPIRIT Hellas 40% of their employees are female. According to Vassiliki, this is not yet enough:

“There are always new challenges (sustainability, digitalization, new technologies, …) and we need more women to keep BPM going. Young women bring new ideas and these ideas are really useful to cope with those challenges ahead.”

What is particularly interesting is that she not only shares why women are so good at BPM but also what female leaders can learn from their male colleagues.

Overview of the topics that are covered:

✅ Diversity made in Greece

✅ How to get into BPM

✅ Why are women good in BPM

✅ Leadership style

Get all the details from Vassiliki’s success story below and listen to a true expert in ARIS solutions specifications and applications!
