Oracle APEX version 23.2c introduces Action Tasks - a task that is similar to the Approval Task, but for use when you want to user to perform some work task in APEX that isn't an Approval. This post explains what an Action Task is, and shows how to use it by creating a simple application where a manager can create an Action Task for their employees to perform a self-review. We'll show you how to create an Action Task, and how to configure your application to support these tasks.
