OCI Data Integration REST tasks currently supports Resource Principal or No Authentication. However, some services and database require authentication methods, such as Basic Authentication. Since only OCI services can be an OCI resource, as a workaround, you can use the API Gateway. Here we'll demonstrate how to use API Gateway to invoke REST API calls to Essbase with Basic Authentication.
