Unify all Management Systems with One Central Platform

Decades after the emergence of IT, it is apparent that most companies are experiencing difficulties juggling different management systems, different databases, from different vendors, and especially with different technologies, creating this abundance of solutions that require expertise and custom applications.
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has empowered organizations to gain control of their activities. Firstly, to cover traditional management individually: Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, etc., and secondly, in response to the needs of other activities or areas that were not covered, such as customer management, resources, quality, Innovation, Logistics, etc.
Until recently, it has not been possible to bring the different technology, used in the majority of companies, together on one platform, especially in the case of SMEs. However, things are changing, thanks to the evolution of development tools, and also the enterprise software applications designed with these modern programming tools.
This is the technological scenario that we often stumble across; a map of multiple solutions that we should be able to harmonize to reach our target of one single global management system.
Business Process Management (BPM) systems or applications to manage business activities through processes, are examples of global management systems that have made it possible to unify and lead the various existing systems in the enterprise, and succeed in harmonizing all business activity using a single system. In this case, using a BPM as a global organizational “Core“.
With this system, any type of data or document archive can be entered into the BPMS, either manually or automatically, via the direct transmission of values, measurements and, in general, all types of information, using devices in machines, sensors, etc., which are used in the company or automatically captured from the Internet.
The result is practical and ideal: the BPM suite will manage the different jobs, from one environment, derived from the different existing applications (ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, BI, etc.), including the Legacy system itself.
Ultimately, this technology results in considerable time savings and makes the right information available in the shortest possible time. It is much easier to search for data on a single platform, than to remember which one contains the information we need at all times.
Integration empowers us to be more competitive in today’s reality, in which speed is the key.
