At Oracle Cloud World 2023, we announced GraalOS—a new cloud native runtime technology—and our plans to bolster Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Functions using this technology. OCI Functions, powered by GraalOS, will enable serverless functions to launch in a fraction of seconds and use up to 50% less memory for most workloads as compared to traditional functions.
