Travel Advisory Tracking App

To help businesses cope with tracking visitors to their organizations for meetings, events, etc., we have developed and released a Travel Advisory Tracking app that will assist organizations to track and minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.
The app is 100% free for any organization to use. Just sign up for a free account on Jogetcloud.com and directly install the Travel Advisory App from the Joget Marketplace via the App Center.
Summary of the App features are:
1. Allow any organization to capture visitor information through an online form from either their mobile phones or visitor reception desktop computer.
2. Visitors will answer a questionnaire that captures information about the visitor’s prior whereabouts, whether he/she exhibits any flu-like symptoms, and a declaration that they have not been in contact with any COVID-19 victims or been in a COVID-19 country in the past 14 days.
3. Based on the visitor information provided, the app will automatically assign color-coded “alert” levels (Neutral, Guarded, High, Severe) accordingly. The alert levels will allow the organization to determine the course of actions that they should take based on the internal OSH policies.
4. The app is also fully editable and customizable by the organization to extend the features and functionalities.
