Cognizant has signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The collaboration will focus on delivering generative AI-powered offerings capable of improving manufacturing operations at scale for organizations across the automotive, consumer goods, industrial, and life sciences industries. Specifically, the expansion of Cognizant and AWS’ partnership aims to meet the market demand for artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), data, and cloud adoption in Industry 4.0 applications like digital twins, simulations, edge computing, operational technology (OT), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Cornerstone OnDemand and Meta Announce a Strategic Partnership
Cornerstone OnDemand, a workforce agility solution provider, has announced its strategic partnership with Meta. Together, the companies will focus on accelerating the democratization of immersive learning solutions for the enterprise. Their collaboration will emphasize the integration of Meta’s AI advancements, support the adoption of Meta’s core XR technologies, and support companies worldwide as they improve their employee onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, and support initiatives.
Creatio Reveals the Features Available in its Energy 8.2 Release
Creatio, a global no-code platform provider, has released details on Creatio Energy 8.2, which aims to “redefine” how companies use no-code and AI. The features and enhancements introduced in Creatio Energy 8.2 include no-code AI skill development tools and pre-configured AI skills that can be embedded into sales, marketing, and customer services. It also consists of a new AI Command Center that integrates all three prescriptive, generative, and agentic AI into a single platform, equipping users with the ability to develop, deploy, and refine AI Skills without specialized technical expertise.
Crowdbotics Releases an Extension for GitHub Copilot
Crowdbotics, an AI-powered software development platform, has released an extension for GitHub Copilot that is now available via the GitHub and Azure marketplaces. The new extension is designed to take advantage of the requirements and context available from the Crowdbotics platform so developers can generate more accurate code within GitHub Copulot. Additional features include technical recommendations for “best-fit” integrations, seamless connections between developers and PRDs, and more. The extension is available now, and a free thirty-day trial is available through the GitHub Marketplace.
Limble Debuts its Solution on the SAP Store
Limble—a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and asset management platform provider—has announced that its solution is now available on the SAP Store, an online marketplace for SAP and its partner offerings. Integrating Limble with SAP S/4HANA will create a single source of truth that helps companies improve their purchase, parts inventory, and vendor management. Specific features include real-time inventory updates, instant purchase order generation, and dynamic vendor management.
Pega Details the New Updates and Features Available in Pega Infinity 24.2
Pegasystems, an enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform, has announced the general availability of Pega Infinity 24.2, the latest release for its portfolio of cloud-ready products. The update introduces several generative AI capabilities and enhancements to the Pega Infinity suite that will help companies maximize employee productivity, innovate faster, and improve customer experiences. Specific additions and upgrades include a more accessible user experience, Snowflake and Google BigQuery integrations, and enhanced features for the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega Customer Service, and Pega Sales Automation suites.
Pipefy Appoints a New Chief Operating Officer
Pipefy, an AI-driven business process automation (BPA) solution, has named Henrique Settas as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Setton has over twenty years of leadership experience in the B2B SaaS technology marketplace, having previously co-founded SiliconHouse and holding senior leadership roles at DayForce and SAP. Sage Announces a Partnership with Artis Trade Systems
Sage—an accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology provider for small and mid-size companies—has partnered with Artis Trade Systems to help secure finance leaders, transportation, and commercial companies to automate their document data entry and accelerate financial and document workflows. The partnership, which marks the first time Sage is delivering AI service to a partner’s platform, will allow Artis customers to automate the reading, extraction, and classification of data from various document types.
SAP Launches New AI Functionalities for its HCM Suite
SAP has launched several innovations and embedded AI functionalities for the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. The additions include several enhancements to its talent intelligence hub, dozens of new generative AI capabilities that improve the employee experience across the entire talent lifecycle, and the launch of the SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development solution. The latter is a fully integrated offering powered by skills data from the talent intelligence hub. It empowers employees with the insights they need to set career growth goals that align with personal aspirations and organizational needs.
