As part of that strategy, Acumatica aims to use AI to automate workflows, provide clients with an intelligent advisor capable of offering strategic insights, and offer an interactive AI-based assistant that enhances user productivity and engagement. Miten Mehta, chief engineering officer of Acumatica, says, “In this exciting new era of AI innovation, businesses need a trusted partner who really understands their unique needs and puts their interests first…Whether it’s anomaly detection in manufacturing or intelligent assistants in construction, we engineer our AI solutions for real, measurable impact.”
Advantive Acquires Commerce Vision
Advantive, a mission-critical specialty software provider, has acquired Commerce Vision, a digital commerce platform. The acquisition will help Advantage strengthen its international presence, enhance its B2B e-commerce services, and expand into new industries. Commerce Vision’s product market fit, proven expertise, and purchase order automation capabilities will enable Advantive to bolster its focus on global B2B companies and provide manufacturers, distributors, and merchandisers with the tools they need to process purchase orders, make informed decisions, and improve overall productivity.
Appian Reveals the Latest Version of its Platform
Appian—a platform for process orchestration, automation, and intelligence—has announced the latest version of its platform. The update introduces more document processing capability with AI skills, the ability to sync ten million rows per record type in a company’s data fabric, improved data fabric scalability, new field-level security configurations, and centralized dashboards for monitoring process KPIs. Additionally, the platform’s improved AI architecture makes it easier for organizations to classify or extract data from hundreds of millions of pages per year.
Creatio Announces a Partnership with IBOTIX
Creatio, a global vendor of an AI-native platform, has announced a partnership with IBOTIX LLP, a leading system integrator that specializes in AI/ML-based intelligent automation, hyper-automation solutions, and IT services. As part of the collaboration, IBOTIX will integrate its experience in end-to-end business process automation with Creatio’s AI-native, no-code technologies. This will empower businesses to streamline their operations, reduce costs, and maximize workforce productivity with intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making.
Cyient and American Data Solutions Detail Their Strategic Partnership
Cyient, a global leader in Intelligent Engineering Solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with American Data Solutions (ADS), a digital content management solution provider. The partnership will combine Cyient’s engineering expertise and global reach with ADS’ content management technologies to help organizations redefine their content creation, distribution, storage, and retrieval efforts. Deltek, a global software provider for project-based businesses, has announced several innovative updates to Deltek Vantagepoint, its ERP solution for the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) and Consulting industries. With these updates, Vantagepoint users can view and incorporate data from the Deltek Clarity Architecture and Engineering Study directly within Vantagepoint dashboards. This will allow users to compare their company’s key performance indicators against industry standards and gain valuable insights into where its teams are performing well and where there is room for improvement.
IFS Enters Into a Strategic Partnership with UKG
IFS—an enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software—has announced a strategic partnership with UKG, an HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solution provider. The collaboration will focus on delivering integrated solutions that enable organizations to utilize the combined strengths of IFS’s ERP solution and the capabilities of the UKG Pro suite. These will equip clients with a seamless experience for managing business processes and human capital processes, making it easier for them to reduce administrative overhead, maximize efficiency, and promote a more engaged, productive workforce.
Rimini Street and T-Systems Announce a Strategic Partnership
Rimini Street, a global provider of end-to-end enterprise software, has partnered with T-Systems North America, a hosting, digital services, security, and IT solution provider. The alliance will combine the strengths of both companies to provide clients with enhanced software support, managed services, and hosting solutions with the goal of reducing costs, improving IT stability, and accelerating digital transformation initiatives. ServiceNow Debuts AI Agents for the Telecom Industry
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has launched a collection of AI agents for the telecom industry. These new agents were developed with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and the AI platform, NVIDIA DGX Cloud. The first use case for ServiceNow’s AI agents will be to help communications service providers (CSPs) autonomously solve labor‑intensive workflows in customer service and network operations. Additionally, the combination of ServiceNow’s AI platform with NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA NeMo will bring out-of-the-box AI agents to CSPs, enabling them to resolve problems faster and deliver better customer experiences.
