ServiceNow Debuts AI Agents for the Telecom Industry

ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has launched a collection of AI agents for the telecom industry. These new agents were developed with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and the AI platform, NVIDIA DGX Cloud. The first use case for ServiceNow’s AI agents will be to help communications service providers (CSPs) autonomously solve labor‑intensive workflows in customer service and network operations. Additionally, the combination of ServiceNow’s AI platform with NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA NeMo will bring out-of-the-box AI agents to CSPs, enabling them to resolve problems faster and deliver better customer experiences.
