The notable announcements include the Acumatica AI Studio, product updates designed to meet specific industry needs, and Acumatica Labs, which will get a customer preview program that gives users early access to new features for testing and direct feedback. These updates aim to solve real-world business challenges and empower companies to scale with modern technologies.
Digital.ai Announces its New Chief Product Officer
Digital.ai, an AI-powered software delivery platform for the enterprise, has announced that Nicholas Grabowski has joined the company as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). In his new role, Grabowski will accelerate AI-led innovation for Digital.ai’s platform across key internal teams, including product management, product marketing, product design, and analyst relations. Derek Holt, CEO of Digital.ai, says, “Nick will play a critical role in shaping Digital.ai’s platform and product strategy so that our customers can capture the advantages of AI, reduce risk, and transform their ability to release better software faster.”
Kore.ai Details its New AI for Process Solution
Kore.ai, a global provider of enterprise AI, has announced AI for Process, a no-code platform designed to “fundamentally” transform how enterprises automate and optimize knowledge-intensive operations. AI for Process can help enterprises build, deploy, and manage custom AI agents or Agentic Apps capable of understanding context, making complex decisions, and orchestrating sophisticated Agentic workflows. The platform will also use an agnostic approach to cloud and AI models, customizable tools, and seamless integration with diverse systems to enable organizations to quickly and securely optimize enterprise processes.
NTT DATA Launches its Smart AI Agent
NTT DATA—a global digital business and IT services leader—has announced the international launch of its next-generation Smart AI Agent. The new tool is built to autonomously extract, organize, and execute tasks in response to user instructions. This can complement existing workforces, streamline time-consuming processes, enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and enable teams to rapidly evaluate and deploy Generative AI applications. Its capabilities include task planning, multi-agent collaboration, agent ops, User-in-the-Loop (UITL), and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
ServiceNow Details its New and Upcoming AI Innovations
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has unveiled a series of new agentic AI innovations designed to autonomously solve complex enterprise challenges. The latest additions include new AI agents on the ServiceNow Store, new partnerships with companies like Google Cloud, and the ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, which allows organizations to create and deploy custom AI agents that are integrated with enterprise‑wide workflows and data through an intuitive no‑code language‑based interface. In March 2025, ServiceNow will also release an AI Agent Studio to allow companies to build AI agents.
