BS&A Software Acquires Boyce Systems

BS&A Software, a cloud-based municipal ERP solution provider, has acquired Boyce Systems, an Indiana-based financial and ERP solutions provider for municipalities, and its Keystone software offering. The acquisition will help BS&A strengthen its presence in the Midwest by expanding its ability to support local governments with modern, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Existing Keystone software customers will also receive access to BS&A’s cloud-native ERP platform. Additionally, BS&A will create a new Schools Division to carry on Boyce’s long-standing support of Indiana schools.

ECI Software Solutions Details its Bolt Enterprise Solution

ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, has announced details on Bolt Enterprise, a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) software designed specifically for larger trade contractors focusing on homebuilding. Bolt Enterprise will be a new premium solution for ECI’s Bolt, a trade contractor project management software. This addition will empower contractors to streamline operations, increase profitability, enhance financial visibility, and optimize purchasing and inventory management efforts.

Planview Completes its Acquisition of Sciforma

Planview, a platform for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Digital Product Development (DPD), has completed its acquisition of Sciforma, a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Product Development solution provider. The strategic acquisition aims to further solidify Planview’s position in the enterprise portfolio management sector. Existing customers can expect seamless continuity of service from Sciforma’s customer-facing teams, which will also receive additional support from Planview’s global customer success organization.

Reveille Software Details its Winter 2025 Product Update

Reveille Software, an observability solution provider for ECM and Intelligent Process Automation-based applications, has announced details on the Reveille Winter 2025 Update. The latest release introduces the Reveille AI Dynamic Thresholding tool alongside additional support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Embedded, and Microsoft Teams. Sonar, a code quality and security solutions provider, has acquired AutoCodeRover, an autonomous AI agent platform for software development. The acquisition aims to enhance Sonar’s offering with a “sophisticated” foundation capable of automatically addressing real-world engineering issues like debugging, issue remediation, and code refactoring. Sonar’s integration of AutoCodeRover and its SonarQube offerings is expected later this year.
