BillingPlatform Introduces New Capabilities to Its Revenue Lifecycle Platform

BillingPlatform, an enterprise revenue lifecycle management platform, has announced a series of major enhancements to its platform. These additions aim to empower executives with deeper, data-driven decision-making capabilities, including revenue contract summary metrics reports, AI descriptions for formulas and workflows, workflow visualizations, and APIs for usage and consumption. Enterprises can utilize these enhancements to more effectively monitor, analyze, and act on their revenue data. They will also help finance, operations, and business leaders gain a unified view of financials at every level—from individual contracts to enterprise-wide trends.

BlackLine Acquires WiseLayer

BlackLine, a future-ready platform for the Office of the CFO, has announced its acquisition of WiseLayer, a provider of AI-powered agents that automate complex, judgment-based finance and accounting processes. As part of the acquisition, BlackLine will embed WiseLayer’s AI agents into its Verity suite, enabling customers to automate challenging, judgment-based tasks, starting with accruals and payroll accounting. Additionally, it will help finance and accounting teams mitigate risk, enhance accuracy, and expedite the close process. Owen Ryan, CEO of BlackLine, says, “By incorporating WiseLayer’s AI agents into our Verity suite, we are adding significant new capabilities and value to our platform, providing customers with embedded, auditable AI.”

Coursera and Udemy Announce a Merger Agreement

Coursera, the global online learning platform, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Udemy, an AI-powered skills acceleration platform. The merger will unite Udemy’s skills development marketplace with the Coursera ecosystem, expanding its global value and impact. Propel Software, a product value management platform, has launched DesignHub, a multi-CAD integration solution that connects over fifteenmechanical and electrical design tools to Propel’s product lifecycle management (PLM) solution. DesignHub is available immediately as part of Propel’s Winter 2026 release, and include capabilities like multi-CAD connectivity, automated synchronizations, change management tools, enterprise access, and version control, which tracks data flow across the product lifecycle. The release also expands the capabilities Propel One, Propel’s agentic AI solution powered by Salesforce Agentforce.
