TIBCO Lends Support for the Australian Bushfires

It is with heavy hearts that TIBCO worldwide employees watch events unfold in Australia and we want to thank all of the heroic first responders and the Australian Defence Force who have risked their lives to protect people, animals, and the environment to put an end to these devastating bushfires. To directly support fire relief efforts, TIBCO has committed to a $25,000 donation shared between the NSW Rural Fire Service and the VIC Rural Fire Service.
The toll of damage and loss of life continues to grow as the fires are not yet contained.
Our TIBCO family in Australia knows many people impacted by this disaster and have been offering their support since November. The TIBCO Sydney office has teamed up with ‘Vinnie’s and Channel 9‘ appeal.
They have been collecting and donating goods to Vinnie’s for them to sell, with the money made from sales being donated to the appeal. The office also gave an individual donation to the NSW Rural Fire Service, to offer them financial assistance and support towards their phenomenal work in fighting the fires and keeping the residents of NSW safe.
