TIBCO Expands Professional Services Group with Three Strategic Hires

TIBCO Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Riker, Glyn Knaresborough, and Gopal Renganathan to the TIBCO Professional Services Group (PSG) leadership team. The group guides enterprise customers through their digital transformation efforts, offering expertise in product implementation, cloud strategy and migration, architecture, infrastructure and managed services. With deep knowledge of cloud integration, analytics, and digital businesses and with many customer successes under their belts, this new trio will help the PSG team accelerate digital transformation and customer time-to-value through a holistic architecture.

TIBCO’s new appointments to Product Services Group
Kevin Riker, vice president, PSG Americas. Riker has a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation for the enterprise. Previously, Riker led the Americas Software Professional Services team at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, where he was responsible for the overall business including sales, delivery, solution development and client success. Riker has also held senior roles at Genpact and Technology Solutions Corp. He received his BBA from Baylor University and MBA from University of Notre Dame before beginning his career with Price Waterhouse. In his new role, Kevin will drive growth in the America’s region by building on TIBCO’s legacy as a technology innovator while accelerating customer realization of digital transformation value.
Glyn Knaresborough, vice president, PSG EMEA. With leadership roles at venture-backed startups and large consulting organizations alike, Knaresborough has extensive and multi-faceted experience in enterprise technology, business consulting and service delivery. A cloud adoption pioneer, he is passionate about helping customers differentiate their business with next-generation technologies and digital solutions that have the power to transform the industries and customers they serve. As the new VP of services for EMEA, Knaresborough will lead a strategic transformation of the EMEA services business and collaborate with the product sales organization on a go-to-market strategy for accelerating TIBCO’s growth and optimizing value for customers.
Gopal Renganathan, senior director, Professional Services Solutions. Renganathan has extensive leadership experience with Fortune 100 companies like EMC and Cisco as well as in startups. He is an expert and leader in designing digital strategies, developing and deploying digital portfolios and making substantial impact to top and bottom line. He is also passionate about wowing the customer with innovative solutions using next generation technologies. As the head of global solutions, Renganathan will lead a team of global solution architects and expedite customer time to value and customer satisfaction by defining, building and deploying services offerings focused on customer outcomes.
