Who is eligible to become a TIBCO reference customer?
All TIBCO customers who have been leveraging TIBCO technology for sufficient time to realize impactful business outcomes are eligible.

What does it mean to be a reference customer?
Participation in the TIBCO customer reference program means that TIBCO can publicly mention your company name as a customer and share your story on the business successes achieved leveraging TIBCO technology. Additionally, it means that you can leverage TIBCO to gain much more awareness in the technology industry on a global scale.

How do you capture our story?
First, being a reference customer can be as simple a giving TIBCO permission to publicly mention your company name as a TIBCO customer and getting a quote from an authorized company representative that speaks to the impactful business outcomes your company has achieved leveraging TIBCO technology. But, to make a bigger impact as a thought leader, we capture your story either by a phone interview or on film. Phone interviews are utilized to produce a 2-page case study and filmed interviews are used to produce both a 3 minute video testimonial and a 2-page case study.

Does our company need to divulge proprietary deployment information to the public?
No, reference customers are not required to publicly detail their deployment.

If we do a case study and/or video testimonial, where is the content published?
After we receive your approval on the content, case studies and video testimonials are published on the TIBCO customer website (videos are also published on YouTube). We will also give you the content to share on your digital channels as well.

How does TIBCO help us gain awareness in the technology industry?
TIBCO promotes approved customer reference stories via our social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) and The TIBCO Blog, enabling your success to be seen by >80,000 subscribers. Additionally, you can participate in speaking opportunities, such as webinars and events, like TIBCO NOW or analyst events to reach even more people across all the industries TIBCO serves.

What are the requirements to participate in a case study or video testimonial interview?
To ensure that we have permission to capture and share your company’s success story, we need an authorized person at your company to sign a 1-page release form, which explicitly states what we can and cannot do with it the content. This is great protection for your business.
