TELUS International Selects AuraPortal iBPMS for Process Automation

TELUS International has acquired an AuraPortal corporate license to automate their processes in a three year growth project. One of the major attractions of AuraPortal iBPMS software is the possibility of vendor independence thanks to its no programming feature. Thus, the company can self manage their Digital Transformation process.
TELUS International is a Canadian company providing global contact center and business process outsourcing services. Their clients include corporations in consumer electronics and gaming, telecommunications, energy and utilities and financial service industries. TELUS International has 20,000 employees worldwide.
The project consists of several phases. The first phase involves training the employees involved in the project. During this stage, AuraPortal Training School will offer continuous advice to ensure productive training, using the online and e-Learning options. Given that TELUS International has companies throughout the world and will need to train many people, they considered the online option the most convenient.
After training, the company will directly tackle the project implementation, with support from AuraPortal whenever required, including consultancy and Research and Development advice. Thus TELUS International will have complete freedom in their process implementations.
