Tech Tip – Gaining Insight from User Role Reports

Did you know that Version 11.0 and higher of Verint Workforce Optimization supports customized reporting for user access rights?Tech_Tip_image_blue_shapes_arrows_resized

Many of us have asked, Who is assigned to what role, and what is their scope? Fortunately, Verint makes it easy to access reports by person and organization to see an individual’s role and scope assignment.

First, log in and select Reports, and under Requests and Results, select Parameters.  On the left-hand side, you will see User Role as a parameter. Highlight User Role, and then select the desired employee filter and date.

The report can be scheduled, or you can select “run now.” The output will display the person, organization, role, and scope.  It’s that simple!

P.S.  In case you have not been informed, Verint’s workforce optimization solution received a name change, effective with the launch of Version 11.2 last month. Versions up to 11.1 remain named “Impact 360 Workforce Optimization,” while Versions 11.2 and higher are named “Verint Workforce Optimization.”
