September 2020 saw the Government of India gradually ease the lockdown, giving much needed respite to businesses, particularly small and medium businesses. Numerous strategic policy decisions and stimulus packages were rapidly implemented to impart relief to industries.
The technology industry on its part remained resilient and not only continued to serve its customers undaunted but also seized the opportunity to build innovative solutions, forge strategic partnerships, improve client relations and focus on employee wellness initiatives.
