Happitude was the theme of the month for corporate training. Every training session started with a set of funny activities. “Happitude” was all about laughter, giggles, and happiness. Through funny videos, recreational jokes and laughter yoga, we offered our employees a chance to recharge themselves.
Meditation /Motivational Videos & Laughter Yoga
We strive to help our employees excel, hence all sessions started with a composite dose of motivation and meditation. While the meditation helped them calm their minds, motivational videos inspired them to push their boundaries and achieve excellence in everything they do. We aimed to help our employees find the requisite balance and laughter yoga helped us put our objective in action. The laughter sessions offered the requisite entertainment while yoga ensured the desired health benefits.
