SISA creates a 100% digital ecosystem with AuraQuantic

SISA has successfully created and consolidated a 100% digital ecosystem focused on bringing value to all its operations, clients, insurance intermediaries and employees. The insurance company achieved this by automating workflows and centralizing information on its digital portal created using AuraQuantic software.

 

 

SISA began its digitalization process in 2017, following the implementation of an ambitious digital transformation process using the AuraQuantic platform. This helped the company to adapt quickly, effectively and securely to the new economic framework that emerged as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Rigoberto Conde, commercial director at SISA, “AuraQuantic enabled us to continue operating when the COVID-19 quarantine period was declared”. The platform was vital to such an extent that “if we had not had the platform implemented, even in an initial phase, it would not have been possible to continue serving our customers, which gave us a huge competitive advantage, and increased the level of customer satisfaction”, Rigoberto explains.

 

The success of SISA’s digital transformation was possible thanks to the support received from AuraQuantic’s partner, Tecnopat, and the AuraQuantic Training School. The latter is a knowledge and training center, where SISA’s managers were able to acquire all the digital skills necessary to automate business processes and create a 100% digital business ecosystem.

 

The results obtained after the implementation of AuraQuantic include an increase in productivity, the rapid development of business applications, and the approval of remote work. The company also quantified other improvements such as the reduction of response times (96%), the elimination of travel by customers and sales agents (100%), as well as the digitization of customer requests (100%).

 

According to Juan Miguel Garay, assistant manager of processes at SISA, “we have fulfilled our commitment to deliver value to our customers, improving response times for their requests and increasing the range of digital services we offer”. An example of this is the policy issuing process, which “before automating it with AuraQuantic, could take up to three days, whereas now it only takes two minutes to issue an insurance policy, and the process is entirely digital”, he adds.

 

Thus, the AuraQuantic digital transformation platform has enabled SISA to digitize all its business processes and provide its different departments with technological functionalities to respond to market fluctuations with great agility.

 

Looking to the future, SISA’s goal, explains Conde, “is to increase the number of functionalities, tools and options available to our customers and insurance intermediaries”. Moreover, “the possibility of adapting business processes as we discover new needs and as the economic environment changes, allows us to innovate and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction”.
