Provide Dynamic Tips for Improving User Interaction in Oracle Digital Assistant with Entity Event Handler

Blog: Oracle BPM

This blog describes a way to leverage the entity event handler feature in ODA (Oracle Digital Assistant) to dynamically detect missing information needed to process a user request. Upon detection, ODA can proceed to process the user request if all necessary information is provided. If there is information missing, ODA can prompt user for more and, at the end, ODA can provide user a tip with an expression that helps user shorten interaction with ODA.
