The ProcessMate Release 4.5 is out! We introduced several very important features, as well as multiple minor improvements and fixes. This is the short list:
Wizard for Creating New Process
Easily create new processes in a new Process Wizard we deployed with ProcessMate 4.5. Now you can configure your business process in three simple steps, following the wizard’s guidance.
Manage your work with “My Tasks” view
Meet the revolutionary feature of ProcessMate – tasks. Tasks are activities (steps in the process) that currently need be performed. Tasks can be manually assigned to users. In the simple My Tasks view the unassigned tasks and tasks already assigned to you can be seen. The system can also be configured to auto-assign tasks to users based on the simple configurable rules.
Daily Activity Report in Email
Receive a daily activity report via e-mail outlining your current tasks, current progress with processes, non-resolved problems and messages of other users. Get full visibility on the activities in the last 24hrs.
Comprehensive User Management
Add, remove and change roles of users in your organization through a comprehensive user management Admin panel.
Multiple User Interface usability improvements and bug fixes, including instant email notifications, browser-friendly tabs and others.
