We designed the Document Approval template very broadly so that it can be adapted to a variety of approval processes.

If the evaluator decides to reject the document and requests additional corrections, he/she can enter them and the reason for rejection in the last fields.

You can complete the evaluation process simply attaching the document (PDF, Word, Excel, Power Point or otherwise), or you can create the document directly in Flokzu. For that you need to add new fields to the form with the information in your document.

 

The task “Modify Document” is assigned to the Creator of the Document, i.e. the user who created it in the first place. Both email notifications also have to Document Creator as the recipient. It is important to change the assignee of the task “Evaluate Document” to the user or role responsible for accepting or rejecting the document.
