We recently had a talk with Matt Alder on his podcast Recruiting Future, about the importance of building a strategy for automation and having a helicopter view of all of the elements.

The events of 2020 are accelerating recruiting automation at a pace none of us could have previously predicted (more on the subject in our article about how RPA can help you conquer the new normal after COVID-19). One of the problems with the current approaches to robotic process automation in HR is that things tend to be vendor lead, and finding a vendor who fully aligned to all of your needs can be a challenge.

In this podcast, we discuss everything from the history of robotic process automation to what software robots can and can’t do, to what we call the AI tree here at CiGen. We tackle key aspects of implementing RPA in HR and the benefits that it brings through specific scenarios that many businesses encounter, such as: Accounts Payable, extracting data out of Salesforce, and a few other use cases that we also cover on our Youtube channel.
